何を生むかというと
報告を怠る
ネゴを怠る
自分の判断（中途半端な経験に基づく）で動く
自分の責任の取れる範疇を越えて判断を下してしまう

問題の重大性がわからず
問題が発覚するのが遅れる
そして大問題に発展する

自分にも言い聞かせて気をつけなければ
